Construction compliance software: one dashboard for every vendor document on every job.

Set each job’s requirements once, from insurance to prevailing wage. Every document is checked as it lands, one dashboard shows where every vendor stands on every job, and every action is on the record when the auditor asks.

Construction compliance software keeps every job’s requirements met: the insurance, licenses, bonds, prevailing wage and lien waivers the owner’s contract and the law call for, collected from every vendor, checked, and on the record for an audit. In Contracts Connected one dashboard shows every vendor on every job, the AI reads each document as it lands, and your AI agent chases what’s missing.

How it works

Every requirement, every vendor, every job. Proven whenever anyone asks.

01Set once per job

The job’s requirements, set once.

Insurance limits, bonds, licenses, prevailing wage, whatever the owner’s contract and the law call for. Every vendor on the job is held to it.

02Checked

Every document checked the moment it lands.

The AI reads each one against the job’s requirements, tells you what’s short and drafts the fix for the vendor. You approve it.

Without the AIYour team checks each document with the requirements beside it, and the reminders chase the fix.

03On site, every week

Labor compliance, every week.

On prevailing wage jobs, every vendor’s certified payroll comes in weekly and is checked against the wage determination. A missing week keeps them from being cleared to be paid.

ThenAudit-ready

When the auditor asks, the record is already there.

Every request, reminder, approval and signature is logged with who and when. Pull any project or vendor instead of rebuilding it from email.

The AI does as much as you let it. Or nothing at all.

It's one setting for the whole account, and you can change it any time.

Do it yourself · No AI

Your team runs it.

Requirements, reminders, review, filing, the dashboard and the activity log all work without the AI. No AI model touches your documents.

Done with you · The AI reads

The AI reads every document.

It checks each one against the job’s requirements and tells you accept or reject, with the reason. You make the call.

Done for you · The AI agent

Your AI agent runs it end to end.

From its own email address it chases what’s missing and expiring, answers vendors, reads what comes back and tells your PM who’s cleared. Human in the loop or Auto mode.

Questions people ask about construction compliance

The ones that come up on demos, and how we answer them.

What is construction compliance software?
Software that keeps every job’s requirements met: the insurance, licenses, bonds, prevailing wage and lien waivers the owner’s contract and the law call for, collected from every vendor, checked, and on the record for an audit. Some call it construction compliance management software. Contracts Connected does it in one place, with one dashboard across your jobs.
Is construction compliance software the same as construction safety software?
No. Safety software tracks training, inspections, incidents and site conditions. Construction compliance software handles the contract and every document your vendors owe you, from the COI to the final lien waiver.
What documents does construction compliance software track?
Whatever each job’s requirements call for. Usually that’s the certificate of insurance and its endorsements, the W-9, licenses, bonds where the job needs them, weekly certified payroll on prevailing wage jobs, and a lien waiver with every pay app plus a final one at closeout. You set the list once per job.
How do the owner’s contract requirements flow down to every vendor?
You set the job’s requirements once from the owner’s contract, from insurance limits and endorsements to bonds, licenses, prevailing wage and lien waivers. Every vendor on the job is held to that list, and each document is checked against it as it lands, so nothing in the prime contract gets lost on the way down.
Can compliance software block payments when documents are missing?
It holds the pay app. A vendor missing a lien waiver or a week of certified payroll shows as not cleared to be paid, and a pay application waiting on its waiver shows as held. With an integration worked out for your systems, accounting can see it before anyone cuts a check.
Does construction compliance software integrate with project management and accounting software?
Ours does. We integrate with the systems you already run, from project management to accounting and ERP, whether that’s Procore, Sage, Deltek Costpoint or something else. Each integration is worked out with you, case by case, and built and improved as you need it. It sits beside Procore rather than replacing it. See integrations.
Does it help with an audit?
Yes. Every document is filed under your naming with the record of what was requested, when it was chased, who accepted it and when. When an auditor or a contracting officer asks, you pull the record instead of rebuilding it from email.
Does it track bonds?
Yes, as a required document on the contract wherever the job calls for one. The bond is collected once at award, and the vendor isn’t cleared to mobilize until it’s on file.
What if our work restricts AI?
Set the account to Do it yourself. No AI model touches your documents, and everything else works the same. It’s one setting per account and you can change it any time.
Where is our data hosted?
In the U.S., on AWS, with SOC 2 Type II, TLS 1.2 or higher in transit and continuous monitoring. The AI model vendor keeps none of your data.
