No. Project management runs the job. Contracts Connected is the third system: the subcontracts, the compliance documents, and the proof a vendor can mobilize, stay on site, and be paid.
Do we keep using Procore?
Yes. Contracts Connected sits beside it. We integrate with the systems you already run, from project management to accounting and ERP, each worked out with you, case by case.
Do subcontractors pay?
Never. Not to register, not to upload, not to sign. They set up a free account from the link in their email, and every plan carries unlimited vendors.
Is e‑signature built in?
Yes. E‑signatures are built in. No separate signing app. Redlines and signatures both happen inside Contracts Connected, and the executed copy is filed the moment the last signature lands.
How do you automate construction contract templates?
You keep the Word, PDF and Excel templates you already use. During setup we build them into the system with merge fields, so project and vendor details are entered once and fill in every document in the package. Each new subcontract comes out ready for approval and signature.
How long is setup?
Setup is three 30-minute meetings, on your templates, with the person who will run it. We build your templates and merge fields into the system with you.
Do I have to use the AI?
No. Do it yourself is the full system with no AI anywhere on the account. The AI never touches your documents. Every other feature works the same, and you can change levels any time.
