Accessibility statement

This statement covers contractsconnected.com, the public website published by ContractsConnected, LLC.

It does not cover the Contracts Connected application at app.contractsconnected.com or the vendor portal, and it makes no conformance claim about either one. For accessibility questions about the application or the vendor portal, email support@contractsconnected.com.

contractsconnected.com targets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. That standard shapes how every page here is built:

• Semantic HTML. One heading per page at the top, headings in order, landmarks, lists and tables marked up as what they are.
• Keyboard first. Every link, button and control can be reached and used with a keyboard, and the focus is always visible.
• Contrast checked. Text and controls are checked against the AA contrast ratios.
• Motion you can turn off. Animation honors the prefers-reduced-motion setting on your device.
• Video with words. Where we provide video, we provide captions or a transcript with it.

Automated checks run as part of building and shipping this site, catching common issues like missing labels, low contrast text, and broken heading order.

Key pages also get a manual pass: navigating with a keyboard alone, and testing with a screen reader, to catch what an automated check can't. This is ongoing practice built into how we work, not something we do once and file away.

contractsconnected.com is built to work with current versions of major browsers, including Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, and with common screen readers.

The site is also built to remain usable when you zoom the page or increase your browser's text size, up to 200 percent.

We can't test every combination of browser, device, and assistive technology that exists. If something doesn't work the way it should on yours, tell us.

Older research articles and the files linked from them are being reviewed against the same standard. Until that review is done, some of them may fall short: heading order, image descriptions, or a table that does not read well aloud.

If you hit one of these, tell us. It moves that page to the front of the review.

The scheduler you use to book a demo is built and run by HubSpot. Any video embedded on this site runs on its provider's own player. These are third-party tools, and they may not meet the same accessibility standard as the rest of this site.

If the scheduler or a video doesn't work for you, email support@contractsconnected.com and we'll book your demo directly, or find another way to get you the content.

Write to support@contractsconnected.com. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using. A person reads every message, and we answer within two business days.
