Integrations with the systems you already run, worked out with you.

Project management, accounting, ERP or something else: Contracts Connected works with the systems you already run. Every integration is worked out with you, case by case, then built and improved as you need it.

In one paragraph

Integrations connect Contracts Connected to the systems you already run: project management, accounting and ERP, whether that’s Procore, Sage, Deltek Costpoint or something else. Each one is scoped with you, case by case: on a call, we go through what you run and what should move between the systems, then we build it and improve it as you need it. With or without an integration, Contracts Connected is the third system beside them, running the contracts, the compliance documents and the proof a vendor can mobilize and be paid.

An example: the same vendor, commitment and project in both systems. What connects, and which way, is decided with you.
How it works

Every integration is worked out with you.

Case by case, for the systems you run and how your team works.

01Your systems

Tell us what you run.

Project management, accounting, ERP or all three, and what your team types twice today.

02Case by case

We scope it together.

What connects, which way it flows and how often, decided for how your team works.

03Built and improved

We build it, then improve it.

Turned on with you, and improved as your needs change.

Talk through your systems on a demo.

We’ll show the system on a sample project and go through what you run.

By type of system

Whatever you run, we work it out with you.

The names are examples. If yours isn’t here, it’s the same conversation.

01Project management

Where the job runs.

For example: projects, the vendors and commitments on them, and the compliance status your project team checks before anyone mobilizes.

  • Procore
  • Autodesk
  • Others
02Accounting and ERP

Where the money moves.

For example: vendors, jobs and who’s cleared to be paid, so accounting can see it before a check goes out.

  • Sage
  • Deltek Costpoint
  • Viewpoint Vista
  • Others
03Something else

Whatever else you run.

A system built in-house, or a tool we haven’t named here. Tell us what it is.

  • Your system

The questions people ask about integrations.

Answered the way we answer them on a demo. Anything not here, ask us.

Does Contracts Connected integrate with our existing systems?

Yes. We integrate with the systems you already run, from project management to accounting and ERP, whether that’s Procore, Sage, Deltek Costpoint or something else. Each integration is worked out with you, case by case, and built and improved as you need it.

How does an integration get set up?

On a call. You tell us what you run and what your team types twice today. Together we decide what connects, which way it flows and how often, then we build it and turn it on with you.

What can an integration connect?

That’s decided with you. For example: vendors and commitments, projects, and compliance status and documents, so accounting can see who’s cleared to be paid without a second entry.

We run Deltek Costpoint or another ERP. Can you connect to it?

Yes. Tell us what you run, and we scope with you, case by case, how it needs to connect.

Do we need an integration to start?

No. Contracts Connected runs on its own from setup: three 30-minute meetings, on your templates, with the person who will run it.

Does the integration work with the AI off?

Yes. It works the same on Do it yourself, Done with you and Done for you, and on Do it yourself no AI model touches your documents.

Do we keep using our project management and accounting software?

Yes. Project management runs the job and accounting runs the money. Contracts Connected sits beside them and runs the contracts, the compliance documents and the proof a vendor can mobilize and be paid.

What does it cost?

Integrations is an add-on on Foundation and Core, priced on its own, and it’s included on Max.
