Done with you · Company brain

Meet your company brain.

The Contracts Connected company brain has read every contract, compliance document and message on every project. Ask it anything. It doesn't guess and it doesn't just summarize. It opens the document and highlights exactly where the answer is.

Not another AI chat

It doesn't guess. It shows you exactly where.

A general AI chat guesses, summarizes and can't show you where anything came from. The company brain was built to fix that. Every answer comes from your own documents, with the exact words highlighted, so your team can check it in a second and trust it.

Ask it anything

Ask the way you would ask your team.

Status, contract risk, insurance, pay apps, messages and vendor history. One job or every job, with the source every time.

Status

Who can't start on Harbor HQ Monday, and why?

Two vendors. Summit Mechanical is missing a W-9, and Ridgeline Concrete's umbrella is $2M against the $5M you require.

Contract risk

Does the owner's liquidated damages clause flow down to our vendors?

Partly. The prime contract sets $2,500 a day in Section 8.4. Nine subcontracts flow it down. Northgate Glazing and Summit Mechanical do not.

Insurance

Is anyone on site without a current certificate?

Ridgeline Concrete. Their auto policy lapsed on 9/26 and the renewal hasn't come in. A reminder went out this morning.

Pay app

What's holding up pay app 6?

Two lien waivers. Summit Mechanical and Northgate Glazing haven't sent theirs. Summit replied that theirs is coming Thursday.

Your documents stay yours. The off switch stays with you.

01Your records only

Private to your company

It reads the documents in your account and answers only from them.

02The model

Zero data retention

Your documents are read to answer your questions. They are not kept by the model vendor and not used to train models.

Questions people ask about the company brain

Answered the way we answer them on a demo.

What is the company brain?

A private index of every document and every message in your Contracts Connected account. Ask it a question in plain words and it answers from your own records, opens the document and highlights exactly where the answer is.

How is it different from an AI chat?

A general AI chat answers from what it learned somewhere else and hands you a summary to trust. The company brain answers only from your own documents. It does not guess and it does not summarize: it opens the page and highlights the exact words.

How is it different from search?

Search finds the files with a word in them, and someone still has to read them. The company brain reads them for you, answers in plain words and opens the page it answered from.

What does it read?

Contracts and exhibits, compliance documents, change orders, redlines and the messages that come through the system, on every project, as they arrive.

Can it be wrong?

Every answer opens the document to the exact words it came from, so you can check it in a second. If the answer is not in your records, it says so instead of guessing.

Is our data used to train models?

No. Zero data retention at the model vendor. Your documents are read to answer your questions and are not used to train models.

Which level includes it?

Done with you, alongside AI document review. Done for you includes it too, and the AI agent answers vendors and your team from the same records. On Do it yourself, no AI model touches your documents. How the levels work.

See it answer, then show you where.

On the call, ask it anything about a sample project and watch it open the page it answered from.
