AI Contract Operations System for constructionSOC 2 Type IIU.S. hostedAI optional

Work can't start and payments can't release until the paperwork says it can.

We built the system for that, then an AI agent on top of it. Contracts Connected is the AI Contract Operations System for construction. It generates the contract, reads what comes back, chases what is missing, and clears every vendor to mobilize, stay compliant on site, and get paid.

The third system

Every builder runs two systems. We are the missing link between them.

Project management runs the job. Accounting runs the money. Between them sits every document you send a vendor or need back: the subcontract, insurance, bonds, weekly certified payroll, lien waivers, closeout. This is the third system.

How much should the AI do? You decide.

One setting on your account. Every level is the whole Contracts Connected system, and the setting only decides how much of the work the AI does. Pick one, change it any time. Do it yourself is a real level, not the absence of one.

DIY · No AI

Do it yourself

The whole Contracts Connected system, run by your people: contracts on your templates, approvals, e-signature and redlines, the vendor portal that chases on its own, the tracker and the audit record. No AI model ever touches your documents. Built for federal, DoD, and AI-restricted work, and for teams that are not ready to trust AI yet.

Done with you

The AI reads every document against your requirements and tells you accept or reject, with the reason. It flags what is missing, drafts the messages to vendors and leaves the sending to your people.

DFY · AI agent

Done for you

The agent does the work from its own inbox, in Human in the loop or Auto mode. It answers vendor emails, chases compliance, files everything, and sends contracts for signature once your internal approvals are in.

Questions people ask first.

The ones we hear on every demo, answered the way we answer them there.

Do I have to use the AI?

No. Do it yourself is the full system with zero AI; your documents never touch an AI model. Done with you adds the AI that reads and scores documents. Done for you adds the agent. Change any time.

We are in the middle of a project cycle.

That is the normal starting point. Onboarding loads the documents you already have, so you pick up where you are. The next package you send comes out of the system, and the record fills in from there.

If my biggest customer called right now and asked me to prove every vendor on every project is in compliance, how long would it take?

One screen. The tracker: every vendor, every required document, every project, with what is missing and who was reminded when. Who can mobilize, who is compliant on site, who can be paid.

What does implementation look like?

Three 30-minute meetings and you are fully live and trained. We set the account up with you, on your own templates, with the person who will run it. No workflow changes.

Can it connect to our accounting system?

Yes. We build integrations for our customers. Tell us what you run and we scope the connection.

We already have Procore.

Good. Procore runs the project. Contracts Connected runs the subcontracts, insurance, weekly certified payroll, and lien waivers, and we work out with you how the two connect.
