Construction contract creation software: packages on your own templates.

Set up the project once. Contracts Connected fills out your subcontract and every document that goes with it. Your team approves it, then one email gets it all to the vendor, ready to sign.

In one paragraph

Construction contract creation software means nobody manually creates a subcontract from a Word template again. Contracts Connected fills in your own Word, PDF or Excel templates from the project, holds it until your people approve, then sends the vendor one email with every document they need.

How a contract goes out

Three steps on your end. Then they sign.

01Build it

Your own subcontract, already filled out.

Project, vendor, company, owner and scope details all fill in on their own, so the last job's owner never turns up on page 14.

Checked for blanks before it goes anywhere. Sample project.
02Approve it

Your key people approve it before it goes out.

It goes to your PM, contracts manager and execs, whoever has to see it. Until the last one approves, nobody can hit send, not even the AI.

Two down, still waiting on the VP.
03Send it

One email and the vendor has it all.

You hit send once. After that, the portal does the reminding every Monday and Wednesday morning until everything's in.

Sent once on Thursday. The reminders did the rest. Sample project.
ThenThey sign

The back and forth stays in the contract.

The vendor marks up the contract right in the app, and you accept, reject or revise each change. Then you both sign there too. No separate signing app.

Marked up, answered and signed, all in the app. Sample project.

"We are able to issue subcontract agreements in a fraction of the time it took previously. Having all our contract templates in the system and all our contract documents in one consolidated place really keeps things smooth and efficient."

AI-first. AI optional.

The AI does as much as you let it. Or nothing at all.

It's one setting for the whole account, and you can change it any time. Whatever you pick, your team approves before anything goes out.

Do it yourself · No AI

Your team runs it.

Your contracts still come out filled in from the project. No AI model touches your documents.

Done with you · The AI drafts

The AI takes a first pass.

It drafts the scope from a quick rundown of the work and reads the contract for risk. Your team makes every call.

Done for you · The AI agent

Your AI agent picks it up from the award email.

It drafts the contract and sends it for signature once your approvals are in. You pick Human in the loop or Auto mode.

Questions people ask about contract creation

The ones that come up on demos, and how we answer them.

Can we keep using our own templates?
Yes. During setup we build your subcontract, purchase orders and forms into the system, in Word, PDF or Excel. Your vendors get the paperwork they already know.
Do I have to set up a project for every contract?
No. You set up the project once, and every vendor's contract on that job pulls from it. On Done for you, the AI agent can set up the project itself.
What goes out with the subcontract?
Whatever you'd normally send: the scope, insurance requirements, the W-9, bond and license requests, your safety plan, and the ones that repeat, like monthly lien waivers. One email, unlimited attachments.
Can the AI send a contract without approval?
No. Your approvals always come first, whatever level you're on. On Done for you, the AI agent waits for the last approval, then sends for signature.
Can the AI write the scope?
Yes, with the AI on. Give it a few lines about the work and it drafts the scope. Someone on your team edits and approves it before the vendor sees it.
Does the AI touch our documents?
Only if you turn it on. With it off, your team writes the scope and everything else works the same.
Does it cost our vendors anything?
No. Vendors set up a free account from the link in their email, and they never pay to register, upload or sign. Unlimited vendors on every plan.
How much of our time does setup take?
Setup is three 30-minute meetings, on your templates, with the person who will run it. We build in your forms and approval steps together.
