User-Generated Content

Users may input or upload content to the platform. By doing so, you grant Contracts Connected a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with providing the services.

Software Fulfillment Policy

1. Introduction

This Software Fulfillment Policy (“Policy”) governs the process by which Contracts Connected (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”) fulfills software orders, delivers software products, and provides access to software licenses. By purchasing or licensing our software, you (“Customer”) agree to the terms set forth in this Policy.

2. Software Ordering and Licensing

When you purchase or subscribe to a software product offered by Contracts Connected, you will receive a valid software license for the version or package of the software specified in your order. All software products are provided on a subscription or perpetual license basis, depending on the terms outlined in your purchase agreement.

  • Subscription License: For subscription-based licenses, the Customer is granted access to the software for a fixed period (e.g., annual or monthly), and access is renewed automatically unless cancelled.
  • Perpetual License: For perpetual licenses, the Customer is granted indefinite access to the software, subject to applicable terms and conditions, such as support and updates.

3. Software Delivery

Software products will be delivered through one of the following methods:

  • Downloadable Software: After purchase, Customers will receive a unique link to download the software from our secure website or via email. The downloadable version will include all necessary installation files and documentation.

  • Access to Cloud-Based Software: If the software is cloud-based or SaaS (Software-as-a-Service), Customers will be provided with login credentials to access the software through our platform at www.contractsconnected.com.

  • Third-Party Platforms: In some cases, software may be delivered through third-party platforms or marketplaces. If applicable, instructions for obtaining software through these platforms will be provided upon purchase.

The delivery of software products is typically fulfilled within 24-48 hours of receiving the order, provided payment has been successfully processed. If delivery is delayed beyond this time frame, Customers will be notified with an updated timeline.

4. Activation and Licensing Key

Upon delivery of the software, Customers may be required to activate the software using a license key or activation code provided by Contracts Connected. The key will be sent to the email address provided by the Customer at the time of purchase, or it may be accessible through their account on the website.

  • License Activation: The activation process is necessary to verify that the software is being used in compliance with the licensing agreement.
  • License Key Security: It is the Customer’s responsibility to securely store and manage their license key. If the key is lost or stolen, Customers should contact Contracts Connected to request a replacement key.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Upon receiving the software, the Customer agrees to:

  • Ensure that the software meets their system requirements.
  • Install the software on compatible hardware or platforms.
  • Follow any installation or setup instructions provided with the software.
  • Maintain compliance with the licensing terms and conditions, including ensuring that software is not used beyond the scope of the license granted.

6. Updates and Upgrades

Contracts Connected may provide updates, bug fixes, and patches to the software during the period of the subscription or license term. Updates and upgrades will be delivered in the following manner:

  • For Subscription Licenses: Customers will automatically receive updates and upgrades as part of their subscription.
  • For Perpetual Licenses: Customers may receive updates and bug fixes for a specified period. After that period, additional updates may require purchasing a new version or renewing support and maintenance.

7. Support and Maintenance

  • Technical Support: Technical support is available to Customers through [email/phone/chat], as outlined in your purchase agreement or support plan.
  • Maintenance: Contracts Connected may perform routine maintenance or updates to the software that may require temporary downtime. Customers will be notified in advance if such maintenance will impact access to the software.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the nature of software products, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the Customer’s purchase agreement or subscription plan. Cancellations may be permitted for subscriptions not yet activated or delivered, and the terms of such cancellations will be governed by the agreement made at the time of purchase.

9. Termination of Access

Contracts Connected reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the software if:

  • The Customer violates the terms of the licensing agreement.
  • The subscription term has expired and has not been renewed.
  • Payment for the software has not been received or processed successfully.

Upon termination of access, the Customer agrees to cease using the software and destroy or uninstall any copies of the software.

10. Warranty and Liability

Contracts Connected provides software products “as-is” and does not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. The Company will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the software. For more information on warranties, refer to your specific purchase agreement.

11. Modifications to This Policy
